With a total of six bedrooms, including four ensuites with private balconies, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax in comfort. Each home includes its own private hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor seating area, indoor fire table, basketball shoot-out game, Nintendo Switch, and a variety of board and card games. Enjoy the convenience of two fully equipped kitchens, four designated driveway parking spaces, and thoughtful touches like Pack ’n Plays in each home. Whether you’re gathering for a family reunion, group getaway, or special celebration, Sundance Edge delivers twice the fun and amenities in a stunning Southern Utah setting. Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley—an up-and-coming, resort-style community designed for adventure and relaxation. Now open, Pecan Valley Resort features brand-new water amenities, including a wave pool, lazy river, waterslides, and pool, all designed to deliver fun for guests of all ages. We’re thrilled to share that our vacation rental guests have been graciously granted access to these amenities—with up to 24 complimentary wristbands per day, available at the front desk (waiver required). Additional wristbands can be purchased at a 15% discount, exclusively for vacation rental guests. This optional activity is the perfect way to cool off and make memories during your stay—whether you plan ahead or decide to drop in and soak up the fun! Amenity hours are currently 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, Wednesday through Monday, with closures on Tuesdays for maintenance. The waterpark will be closed for the season from November 1 through January 31; however, the clubhouse—including the arcade, restaurant, golf simulator, cabanas, and spas—will remain open. Additionally, a new parking lot is under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of December. We want to advise you that during this time, the Pecan Valley Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
