A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for your convenience. Parking & Security: A Palmetto Dunes gate pass is required for all vehicles. Fees are tiered based on the length of stay (ranging from $20 to $100). Palmeto Dunes Pass Fees : 1 DAY/0 NIGHTS - $0 1-2 NIGHTS - $20 3-7 NIGHTS - $35 8-14 NIGHTS - $50 15-30 NIGHTS - $75 31-180 NIGHTS - $100 Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and present during the stay.
