The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens/bucks or other events or celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25, a responsible adult must be in attendance throughout the duration of the booking. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. We cater for a maximum of 12 guests plus infants. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and brush off sand before entering. You are responsible for your own safety at all times at the property and whilst using any of the facilities provided. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.
