Due East is set in a quiet residential setting where the main noise you'll hear is the waves crashing on the ocean outside your front door. We like to keep it this way for our guests and neighbours. The Studios are part of a bigger property on one site so it's important we respect those around us. Sometimes you'll find Joe, the owner, is staying in an apartment here too. We welcome 1 small pet upon request - but please discuss your pet with us before booking. Our pet rules include no pets on the bed, any excess dirt must be cleared up and any damages will be charged. Please don't allow your pet to mess on the driveway and clear up any mess it does. We also ask you not to leave pets home alone. This is not a party house, nor is it a place for loud music/noise after 9pm or smoking. Come stay with us if you want a relaxing, quiet, beachside break on the most beautiful beach in Jervis Bay. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please clean up after yourself and be respectful to our cleaners. All rubbish must be taken to the outside bins before you check out. Please ensure you turn all lights/fans/heaters off before leaving, lock up and return the keys to the lockbox. If you break anything, please tell us. We know accidents happen and are much more likely to be understanding if you're upfront with us. Otherwise, all damages must be paid for in full. Mistreating towels, sheets or other soft furnishings with fake tan or make up will incur a fee to replace any soiled items. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.
