Seafront, you can: • Relax and tan on the beach beds with a piña colada from our estate-grown coconuts • Snorkel around the reef or paddle out on the kayak • Step a few feet from the water into the dappled shade of the coco palm lounge, fitted with stylish loungers and handmade hammocks from nearby Merida Your lunch can be served under the coco palms while you sit back and watch the osprey dive for their prey. Another day, you may choose to have your lunch on the rooftop, take in the 360° view, do some laps in the chlorine-free pool, hang out on the sun beds and take a siesta. The rooftop is an idyllic spot for happy hour as you watch the sun set on the lagoon and the light bugs dance in the treetops. This fee is $12 USD per person per day and it’s paid at the entrance arch by cash • Rates per night in USD • One round-trip airport transportation is included for bookings of 7 nights or more (up to 12 people) • For guests exceeding double occupancy (9-12), an additional $100 USD + taxes per person, per night is applicable • Alcohol & beverages at market price + 20% mark-up • For bookings that do not require chef service or meal plan, please enquire direct for discounted rates Please note: Due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed. It is also important to note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved and therefore distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/condition. • Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed) • Penalties for noncompliance may apply Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
