Perfectly situated in prime mid-town OC and only a minute walk from the building to the sand! This cozy, 2nd floor condo is close to restaurants, bars, shopping, amusements and a few short blocks to the convention center. In the middle of everything but still have a quiet place to relax. *Summer Months - check-ins Mon & Fri only Memorial Day to Labor Day! Book Weeks or Mini-weeks. (Weeks: Fri to Fri, OR Mon to Mon) (Mini-Weeks: Mon to Fri, OR Fri to Mon). **Other months check-in any night The unit sleeps 4 guests. Beds are situated as follows: There is a queen bed in the bedroom A queen pullout sofa bed in the living room ** Please note... We have plenty of pillows and blankets but we do not supply linens (sheets and towels). Also, we do not supply linens (sheets and towels) but we do have a couple linen services that we can recommend. We supply enough toilet paper and paper towels for an average stay. If you use an excessive amount, you may want to bring some extra :-) Mid-town OC is the most desirable location... walk to restaurants, shopping, convention center, amusements & nightlife. Be in the middle of everything, but still have a quiet place to relax. 10 days prior to your trip, I send a condo guide and a handy list of things to bring so you are well prepared for your vacation! ** Please note...
