OCEAN VIEW and STEPS to the BEACH... Newly remodeled in 2023! 2 bed/2 bath condo with ocean & bay views is located in desirable mid-town Ocean City. Walk to dining, shopping, convention center, amusements & nightlife. Be in the middle of everything, but still have a quiet place to relax. **Summer Months - check-ins on Mon & Fri ONLY Memorial Day to Labor Day. Book Weeks or Mini-weeks. (Weeks: Fri - Fri OR Mon - Mon) (Mini-Weeks: Mon to Fri OR Fri to Mon). *Other months check-in any night The unit sleeps 6. There are 2 queen beds in the first bedroom with an attached bathroom and 1 queen bed in the second bedroom with a hallway bathroom. ** Please note... We have plenty of pillows and blankets but we do not supply linens (sheets and towels). Also, we do not supply linens (sheets and towels) but we do have a couple linen services that we can recommend. We supply enough toilet paper and paper towels for an average stay. If you use an excessive amount, you may want to bring some extra :-) This mid-town location is perfect for any Ocean City stay. Located on 36th Street, our condo is within walking distance to many of Ocean City's best restaurants! Jolly Rogers amusement park, which includes a full Waterpark and Go-Cart race park is only 3 short blocks away. The Convention Center is also just a short 4-block walk in the other direction. Ocean City's World Famous Boardwalk starts on 27th street. This location allows you to be close enough to enjoy the boardwalk, but just far enough away to not be stuck in the downtown hustle and bustle. All of this, and you are just steps to the beach!! 10 days prior to your trip, I send a condo guide and a handy list of things to bring so you are well prepared for your vacation! ** Please note...
