Master bedroom on the ground floor has an incredible king size bed, air conditioning, full bathroom, 40" SMART TV, work table and chair, closet and balcony. Secondary room on the second floor has a king size bed, air conditioning, full bathroom, SMART TV 40 ", work table and chair and closet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, oven, crockery and kitchen utensils), dining room for 5 people, living room area with 40" SMART TV, stable and fast WIFI connection. It has a private terrace with bath tub, ocean view, barbecue and outdoor furniture. It is ideal for 4 people. You can make use of the shared terrace on the rooftop and shared pool where there are tables, chairs, lounge chairs and a gym. The apartment is inside a condominium with 24/7 security.

MI CASA ES TU CASA we intend that you really feel at home, so we ask that you take care of it as you would take care of your own. Please turn off all lights and the fan when leaving the apartment. Turn off the AC every time you leave the place. The use of AC is limited to 8 hours / day, it is possible to use it 24 hours with an extra fee, but normally it is not necessary. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment, only in the terrace or balcony area. Parties or events are NOT allowed in our place. We ask you to keep the volume low from 10pm to 8am, please respect the rest of others. Do NOT host other people in the apartment. Shared terraces and shared pool area permitted hours are from 8am to 10pm. Respect your neighbors. We have a good relationship with them and we would like to keep it that way. If you failure to follow these directions mentioned above would cause a penalty for our guests that can go from 50USD to 350USD.
