There's an elevator to the 5th floor, then you take the stairs to the 6th floor. The studio's exceptional location puts you right in the heart of Parisian life. Stroll along Avenue Victor Hugo, famous for its luxury boutiques and typical Parisian brasseries. Just a few steps away, discover cultural treasures such as the Trocadero and its breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower, or the Musée de l'Homme and its captivating exhibitions. You'll be less than 10 minutes' walk from the Bois de Boulogne, a veritable jewel of greenery and history, and one of Paris' most emblematic natural spaces. Located in the west of the city, this vast park covers more than 800 hectares and offers a diversity of activities and captivating landscapes. Close to public transport, you can easily move around the capital and discover: the Arc de Triomphe, the Opéra Garnier, the Louvre Museum, the Pantheon... This accommodation is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study or internships. Reputed to be the most bourgeois arrondissement in Paris, and little-known by many Parisians, the 16th arrondissement is one of the capital's most pleasant in terms of quality of life and tourist offerings. Off-center from the party scene, it's not for nightlife fans. Nevertheless, you'll find some lovely walks, some of Paris's greatest museums and astonishing architecture, with the 16th arrondissement boasting the most Art Nouveau buildings in Paris.
