Lagoon Road 27 *Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the best vacation possible!* This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $152/night with a minimum of 4 nights. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool must be heated as well. When isolating the spa to heat to a higher temperature the pool will be not be heating. It is important to turn off the spa when finished. At least seven days' notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given. Nestled among the oaks and palms of the Forest Beach area, 27 Lagoon Road is just a short, scenic walk from the beach. Cool off in your private pool or warm up in your pool spa before enjoying a relaxing evening on the screened porch. No matter how you choose to spend your time, this vacation home is the perfect home-away-from-home for everyone! What’s nearby: Forest Beach is located at the south end of the island and is one of the original Hilton Head beach communities. With its long stretch of beautiful beaches and miles of bike paths, peddling or walking from place-to-place is a breeze. And enjoy dining, shopping, and live entertainment at nearby Coligny Plaza.
