About the Home

Since I own the entire 1st floor, we have two apartments and if desired, they can be communicated by unlocking a door. They are perfect if you are a very big group. If we connect both apartments it hots 12 guests. The apartment is on floor 1.5, this means that guests can take elevator to floor 2 and walk down 10 stairs or take the elevator to floor 1 and climb 10 stairs.

Cleaning Policy for Longer Stays -

To keep the apartment in top condition, we apply mid-stay cleaning for longer stays

+4 nights → partial cleaning (50% of cleaning fee) +8 nights → full cleaning (100% of cleaning fee) If your stay qualifies, we’ll contact you to schedule it. Payment can be made in cash or through the platform. No Parties or Smoking - Parties, loud music, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please avoid loud conversations, music, or disturbances during this time. By booking, you agree to follow these rules, ensuring a pleasant stay for yourself and respect for the community.
