Upon entering The Balconies, you will be met with a huge open space that combines the living room and dining area with seating for 6 guests. There is also access to the three small balconies that overlook the lively neighborhood and flood the space with tons of natural light. The kitchen is open plan to the dining area and features first-brand appliances and dinnerware. It also includes a washer & dryer machine. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is interior, so it ensures a perfect rest. There is also an additional toilet in the corridor, perfect for visitors. IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months.
