Set high on the 17th floor, this bright and contemporary 1-bedroom apartment blends stylish design with cosy comfort, making it an ideal retreat for couples, business travellers, or solo adventurers. Carefully furnished and thoughtfully laid out, it offers a welcoming home-away-from-home for both short getaways and longer stays. The open-plan living area is filled with natural light and features a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, while the dining table for four, perfectly positioned between the kitchen and living space, creates a relaxed spot for shared meals, morning coffee, or casual work. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—from modern appliances to cookware and utensils—so you can easily prepare your favourite meals. The bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with a plush king-size bed, soft linens, and ample wardrobe space, ensuring restful nights. The bathroom features a modern walk-in shower for a refreshing start to your day, while the nearby powder room adds extra convenience for guests. Step out onto the balcony from the living room, where two chairs and a small table await—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening while taking in the sweeping city views. Guests also enjoy a designated parking spot and access to the building’s shared swimming pool and fully equipped gym on the first floor. As Dubai continues to grow and evolve, construction activity can be visible or heard in nearby areas during working hours. Although the apartment and building are prepared for a comfortable stay, we kindly ask guests to keep this in mind when booking. - After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning, please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
