A Few Things to Know Before Your Stay Private Pool: Enjoy your own 28' x 12' swimming pool! Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Pool heat performance depends on outdoor temperatures and may only raise the water temperature approximately 10°F above the outside temperature. Complimentary Beach Gear Credit: Your reservation includes a beach and adventure gear rental credit! Choose from available items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, paddleboards, kayaks, and beach carts. Your selected gear will be delivered directly to the property. Pet-Friendly: We welcome one dog weighing up to 60 pounds or two dogs weighing up to 30 pounds each. Additional pets or exceptions require prior owner approval. Applicable pet fees apply. Elevator: The residential elevator provides access to the first two living levels but does not serve the third-floor primary suite. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Minimum Rental Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
