The open-concept main living area brings together the kitchen, dining room, and living room, with large windows and deck access showcasing beautiful Gulf views. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and peninsula seating, while the dining table comfortably seats six. Outside, enjoy your own private 28' x 10' pool, outdoor shower, fish-cleaning station, charcoal grill, and direct access to a private beach path. Your selected gear will be delivered directly to the home and waiting for you when you arrive. Minimum rental age is 25. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Events or gatherings exceeding the property's maximum occupancy are not permitted. This is a non-smoking property. Traveling with a pet? Please contact us regarding current pet restrictions, size limits, and applicable fees. Private pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Pool heaters are designed to raise the water temperature approximately 10°F above the outside temperature. Performance may vary depending on weather conditions.
