If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – the cost will be determined upon request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the excess. The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property whenever requested for an inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
