Situated between the lush, green mangrove jungle and the secluded beach of Soliman Bay, Villa la Semilla has been created for living harmoniously with nature and guests can savor a unique experience with the support and service that is synonymous with the La Semilla brand. The property boasts a private stretch of beachfront with spectacular views of the bay that you can enjoy from any one of the terraces adjacent to each bedroom. There are also 2 tiered rooftop terraces, 1 of which has a pool, for sunbathing by day and stargazing in the evening. The first floor living area has been created in an open-concept style with spacious kitchen, dining and living space that reveals a private garden veranda with infinity pool. This modern, rustic home has been created to evoke privacy, luxury and nature and is the perfect place to immerse oneself in the natural beauty of Mexico. The kitchen, dining table and living area are an open concept, where families can enjoy quality time, surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that offer views of the brilliant jungle which envelopes the villa. Rooms As you walk upstairs, 5 uniquely designed suites greet you. Each suite features its own bathroom, king-size bed and private terrace with ocean view. Beach & Pool There is a terrace located off the living area, which serves as your personal garden with pool, sunning areas and direct access to a private stretch of beach. Rooftop Continuing upward, you will reach the rooftop terrace. This is a place with awe-inspiring 360° views of the bay and the mangrove jungle. It is a spot where you can admire the sky full of stars in the evening or relax in sun-drenched chaises longues during the day. Design As you walk into the property, you are met with a sweeping view through the home over the expansive infinity pool until your eyes are met with the stunning turquoise waters of Soliman Bay. Services To insure that guests feel taken care of, the villa includes maintenance and housekeeping services in the form of a sweet couple who live in a separate home at the entrance of the property. They are available 24 hours a day to assist in anything you may need. The home is cleaned daily. Daily chef service included: breakfast, lunch and dinner (groceries not included). Location Soliman Bay sits just north of Tulum village. The area surrounding Soliman Bay is a secluded, beachfront community made up of private villas and vacation homes with virtually no commercial development. In this tucked away strip of beach, you will find Villa la Semilla hidden between the bay and the mangrove jungle. Although Riviera Maya is developing rapidly, Soliman Bay remains a quiet retreat where you can admire the nearly virgin landscape in an environment that has been consciously protected from the wear and tear of development. Soliman Bay is just a short distance (15 minutes by car) from the village of Tulum and 1.5 hours from Cancun Airport. If you are interested in exploring the area, there is much to discover. Tulum is known for its wonderful restaurants and nightlife but one is never short of experiences in Riviera Maya with the breathtaking Mayan ruins, endless pristine beaches, lush jungles and chic boutiques all within reach.
