The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes heating for your comfort. * Work & Connectivity: Two dedicated workstations, perfect for remote work, and fast Wi-Fi (approximately 100 Mbps). A smart TV with Netflix is available for your entertainment. * Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen including a washer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a range of quality cookware. For coffee lovers, a Nespresso machine and plunger are provided with some starter stock. * Thoughtful Touches: Dreamy designer space adorned with an array of artwork. CONVENIENCE For longer stays (8+ days), we will be offering a light service and linen/towel change on a complementary basis: twice weekly during season (Dec-Feb), otherwise weekly. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred. We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights.
