Children under 6 are not allowed in this unit due to the balconies, which may pose safety risks. BOOKING POLICY We reserve the right to decline booking requests from guests with ratings below 5*. This is to ensure excellent accommodation experiences for future guests and comply with building regulations. Kindly note that we do not accept third party bookings without prior consent in writing. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred. We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights. ANIMALS Some residents in the complex keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.
