Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire private apartment, including the in-unit washer and dryer and the private third-floor deck. Please note that the detached garage, basement, Unit 1 covered front porch, Unit 2 private second-floor deck, Unit 4 rear courtyard, and the other three apartments are not part of this rental. Guests may use the rear exterior staircase to access Unit 3; however, the second-floor deck landing is reserved for Unit 2 guests and is for passage only. Self check-in is easy and convenient, with instructions sent 3 hours before your arrival for a smooth check-in.
