Perfect Studio for Couples and Friends – Everything You Need in One Place! We offer our exceptional studio in central Warsaw, where comfort meets functionality. The spacious 18-square-meter interior includes a wide double bed, ensuring a restful sleep. Additionally, you’ll find a sofa that transforms into a comfortable bed for two when unfolded. The studio is equipped with a table and chair, creating a convenient area for dining and work. A spacious wardrobe and hangers allow you to easily store your clothes. The studio is lockable, offering guests full privacy and freedom. A private bathroom with a shower is exclusively yours. In the kitchen, which is shared with other guests, you’ll find a stovetop, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. A complete set of dishes and cutlery makes meal prep easy, and complimentary coffee and tea are the perfect way to start your day. Additionally, the hallway features a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. With fast Wi-Fi, you can freely browse the internet, and the great central location provides easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. We warmly invite you to enjoy a pleasant stay in our studio! Hello, Thank you for choosing our studio for your stay in Warsaw! The apartment, where the studio is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance. The studio is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the studio door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival. We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance. Please note that you are booking a studio in an apartment, not a hotel. Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors. We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding. We hope your stay with us will be memorable! The exact address and entry instructions (including the code) will be sent to you 2 to 48 hours before your arrival. Please check your email, including the spam folder. A damage deposit of PLN 400 is required. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. We kindly ask you to make the payment in advance, preferably a few hours before arrival or even the day before. The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the condition of the property has been inspected. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the deposit. We can provide a baby cot (for an additional fee of PLN 50) - please ask about availability in advance. We have more of these lovely MiniStudios in this area (including in this building), and they are all the same – so don’t worry, one of them might be available just for you. You can also rent multiple MiniStudios from us and come with a larger group – with family and friends – so you can all stay together!
