Welcome to our cozy 18-square-meter studio that offers everything you need for a stay in Warsaw. The studio features two single beds that can easily be pushed together, creating a comfortable sleeping arrangement for two. We’ve thought of every detail to provide you with relaxation and comfort. You’ll also have a table and chair, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon working on your laptop. The wardrobe and hanging space allow you to store your belongings conveniently. The studio has its own lockable door, offering full privacy and a sense of security. Guests also enjoy access to a private bathroom with a shower, making your stay comfortable and fully independent. In the shared kitchenette, you’ll find all the cooking essentials: a stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. There’s also a full set of dishes, cutlery, cups, and glasses. Complimentary coffee and tea await you – perfect for starting your day. In the shared hallway, you’ll have access to a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, which are especially convenient for longer stays. With fast Wi-Fi, you can work, plan your sightseeing, or unwind in the evening. Warsaw’s top attractions are just around the corner, so don’t wait – book today and feel at home! Hello, Thank you for choosing our studio for your stay in Warsaw! The apartment, where the studio is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance. The studio is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the studio door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival. We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance. Please note that you are booking a studio in an apartment, not a hotel. Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors. We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding. We hope your stay with us will be memorable! The exact address and entry instructions (including the code) will be sent to you 2 to 48 hours before your arrival. Please check your email, including the spam folder. A damage deposit of PLN 400 is required. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. We kindly ask you to make the payment in advance, preferably a few hours before arrival or even the day before. The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the condition of the property has been inspected. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the deposit.
