High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a smart TV ensure a convenient, connected stay. - Living Area: Unwind on the spacious sofa while enjoying your favourite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV. The open-plan layout flows effortlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, creating a bright, welcoming space perfect for relaxing. The sofa bed will only be prepared if requested in advance. If you plan to use it, kindly let me know ahead of your arrival so I can ensure it's set up for you. Extra linen for the sofa bed is available for 140 AED upon request in advance. - Dining Area: The dining table for three sits elegantly between the living area and kitchen, ideal for shared meals, morning coffee, or remote work in style. - Kitchen: Sleek and fully equipped, the open kitchen features modern appliances, a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, kettle, toaster, and utensils—perfect for preparing anything from quick snacks to gourmet meals. - After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
