About the Home

This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home was designed with comfort, connection, and Notre Dame game days in mind. Whether you’re visiting for a Fighting Irish weekend, a family getaway, or a trip with friends, you’ll have everything you need to feel right at home. The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds, along with two full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen ready for everything from morning coffee to post-game meals. Beyond the main living and dining spaces, the home features several unique hangout areas designed for relaxing and entertaining. Downstairs, you’ll find “The Dorm” — a cozy basement lounge complete with two couches, a work-from-home desk setup, and a record player with Bluetooth connectivity. Both couches can also fold out into additional sleeping spaces, making them perfect bonus spots for kids or young adults. Looking for a more laid-back vibe after the game? Step into “The Irish Goodbye,” our speakeasy-inspired lounge space. Enjoy cocktails, conversation, or catch the game on the Smart TV in a moody, relaxing atmosphere that feels like the perfect post-win celebration spot. It’s the kind of room that makes you want to sip bourbon and celebrate a Fighting Irish victory. The garage has been transformed into a fully equipped game room featuring air hockey, ping pong, darts, skee-ball, cornhole, a massive 100-inch Smart TV, high-top seating, and a couch pit perfect for game-day gatherings. Outside, the fully fenced backyard offers even more room to unwind with outdoor dining space, a fire pit area, and plenty of room for kids and pups to run around and play. Good to know

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. -We are pet friendly but we do require a pet fee. The pet fee is $115 for up to two dogs. If you have any additional pups they are approved in a case by case basis and any other animals aside from dogs will also need to be manually approved.

Guest Access

You'll have access to the entire house, including the garage and backyard. This is a private residence, so all spaces are exclusively for your use. Entry is via a smart lock, and you'll receive access instructions 24 hours before your arrival.

House Rules and Terms

Absolutely NO SMOKING. This includes Cigarettes, marijuana, hookah, etc. We are a family friendly beach house and we do not tolerate smoking inside the house or the porch areas. If there is any evidence of smoking in the house during your stay you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250.
