Pelican Path - Gorgeous View Oceanfront with stairs to Beach - with 180 degree Ocean Views Enjoy the beautiful Oregon coast at this spacious three bedroom/three bath house perched on ocean front property. It has an expansive deck with private stairs (with built in viewing seats as you ascend/descend) leading down a secluded driftwood strewn beach. At LOW TIDE, enjoy a stroll on the beach to the harbor jetty, about one mile away. Please Note: NO BEACH FIRES Allowed .There is a security camera on the right side of the home near the shed. Our oceanfront home offers a large great room with a huge hand-crafted stone fireplace, floor-to-ceiling ocean views, game/card table, and bumper pool table. Renovated kitchen with brand new custom cabinets, granite counter tops, tile flooring & backsplash, and all new stainless steel electrical appliances. The 'Captain's Quarters' or master bedroom/ocean view has one King, the 'Crews' Quarters' bedroom/ocean view has two Queen beds, and the upstairs room (limited view) has four twin beds. Each room has its own private full bath. Spend a weekend or a week listening to the roar of the ocean as you fall asleep and wake up to the view of bright blue waves crashing on the rocks of the beautiful southern Oregon coast. Nearby you can enjoy shopping at the Brookings Harbor Mall shops, go bike riding on the Oregon Coast Bike path, visit/hike the nearby Jedediah Smith State Park , Harris Beach State Park, and/or Samuel H. Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WIFI can be difficult at times, it is normally very dependable but it can be affected by coastal weather conditions. Most cell phones carriers get full reception at the property. Guests should be aware that issues related to coastal location can cause interruption throughout the year to both internet, utilities and cell phone reception that are outside host's control.
