So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all that's going on in JBR and the public beaches. There are lots and lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is brand new and has all you need to soak up the Dubai lifestyle in true comfort.

Hi, thanks for checking us out. - Address: Sadaf 1, Jumeirah Beach Residence - Studio apartment that sleeps 4 - Plaza Level - Near the reception area so it's easy to be found - Luggage storage facility available (Please see bottom of the page for details) - Free gym and pool access - 2 min walk to the beach and a large supermarket - Free private parking space - Public transport (Dubai Tram) is outside the front door - Free WIFI - Check-in: 3pm onwards (Check-ins can be done throughout the night) - Check-out: By 11am - 5% discount for 7+ night stay -10% discount for 1 month+ stay Our charming studio apartment is located on the plaza level so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include free access to a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them. There is also garden/small park area outside so great to stretch your legs. With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!), there is also a kitchen which is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure. The apartment fits 4 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed; - King bed - Double sofa bed - Please notify me no later than 48 hours prior to check-in to book it. Please see bottom of page for more details As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee. There is a free private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is less than a 2-minute walk away as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is the Dubai tram in which the stop is right outside the building. SOFA BED: PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected. COTS & HIGH CHAIRS: If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK: If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 Please pay before check-in via Airbnb for this service ADDITIONAL CLEANING: If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. The Walk features shopping attractions such as Sauce-on-sea, a boutique featuring local and regional designers, plus a host of international retailers. Another highlight are the outdoor pop-up markets where you can check out stalls offering jewellery, food treats and homewares, as well as take in performances by street entertainers. And don’t miss the adjacent shopping area called The Beach and the open-air cinema. After a day of shopping, you can grab an iced latte at a café such as Paul, or sit down for a fine meal at one of Dubai’s best restaurants dotted along the strip

House Rules and Terms

Hi, to make sure everything is clear, just some rules and costs

- We are here to help and make your stay as fantastic as possible. Any concerns or complaints are to be raised with us before informing Airbnb and allow us sufficient time to correct any faults or issues. - Loss of any key or key card is an AED 1,000 charge per key or key card. Must be paid at the time of loss - For each call-out fee to open a door due to loss of key or key card is AED 500. Must be paid at the time of opening the door. - Strictly non-smoking. AED 2,500 charge for any smoking inside the apartment - Minimum AED 250 charge for staining of any chairs, sofas, linen or mattress that requires additional professional cleaning - Passport copies for all guests staying must be sent at least 24 hours before check-in as this is needed to alert the building management under UAE law. No entry will be given without these. -Home address and email address must be provided to the host along with the passport copies, this is needed to fill the registration form sent to the building management, failing to provide the information will hinder me from completing the registration to the building and hence will not be allowed access. -Any booking changes are not guaranteed and are subject to the host's discretion - For any late checkout (past 11 AM as confirmed on Airbnb) a fee of AED 250 will be applicable. - All guests must provide written consent to house rules on Airbnb chat before access is allowed, in case of refusal to agreeing to house rules the booking will be canceled and cancelation policy will be applied - Please note access to building facilities such as the gym and pool will be provided by the concierge. Access cards will only be provided subject to availability. - There is an AED150 charge for making up each sofa bed for guest stays totaling 2 persons. If the total guest stay totals 3 or 4 persons, then the sofa bed will be made up free of charge -The main guest must provide their permanent address, phone number, and email address at least 24 hours before check-in, as required by building management and local authorities for registration purposes. Failure to provide this information will result in a delay in the check-in process.
