Ask us for exact opening hours. 📌 Parking: private garage parking is available inside the complex. 📌 Cole to the BBQ needs to be preordered for a 15 EUR fee. 📌 Noise: The community is calm and relaxing—quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM help keep it that way for everyone. 📌 Check-in/out: We offer flexible check-in when possible—just share your estimated arrival time. Standard check-out is by 11 AM. 📌 Unauthorized Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unregistered guests will result in a €150 fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund. 📌 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may use the outdoor areas if needed. Please note that indoor smoking will incur a €100 fine. 📌 Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation. 📌 Community Rules: The property is part of a friendly residential area, so we kindly ask guests to avoid parties or loud gatherings. Rest assured, the full amount will be refunded after your check-out, following an inspection of the property. The deposit is typically returned well within 15 days, and often much sooner. Please note that the check-in instructions will be provided once the deposit has been received and the check-in form has been filled out.
