Located on the 3rd floor, this thoughtfully designed studio invites you to settle into the heart of Downtown Dubai. The living area creates a relaxing spot with a cosy sofa bed, smart TV, and built-in wardrobe, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. Next to the living space, the dining area features a table for two—ideal for casual meals or a quick work setup. Beside it, the dining area provides a table for two, perfect for casual meals, a quick coffee, or even a little work session. The dining area is complemented by a handy coffee corner, ideal for a quick caffeine boost or casual snacks. Just a few steps away, the open-plan kitchen is neatly fitted with all the essentials: modern appliances, cookware, and a coffee counter with microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso-style machine—everything you need for easy dining at home. The bedroom zone features a plush queen-size bed positioned opposite the TV. From here, sliding doors open onto the private balcony, where a small dining set lets you enjoy drinks while taking in stunning Downtown Dubai views. The bathroom completes the flat, offering a bathtub, fresh towels, and a welcoming, relaxing space. With exclusive access to the swimming pool and gym located on the second floor, plus a parking space available, this apartment offers all the essentials for a comfortable and convenient stay in Dubai. - After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Late check-in between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM is subject to an additional charge. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
