Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation! NOTE: It is our obligation to register all local/ foreign guests with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) Dubai and to forward your check-in details to the building management system. Therefore, please share your passports/IDs in advance. Without this, we will not be able to complete the check-in registration and you might be denied access to the property. The refurbishment schedule is as follows: 30 September–30 November During this period, access to the reception lobby areas will be restricted, and residents and visitors will need to utilise alternative routes to reach the elevators. We will provide clear signage and dedicated concierge personnel to assist with any inquiries or assistance needed. While we understand that this refurbishment may cause some temporary inconvenience, please rest assured that we are committed to minimising disruptions and ensuring safe and smooth access to apartments and amenities throughout the renovation process. City Tax may be applicable for this property. This tax is not included in the booking price and will be collected directly from you before the check-in.
