This is a magnificent two-level super beachfront villa with seven elegant bedrooms, seven luxurious bathrooms, one half bathroom, a magnificent private pool, and its own private access to Medano Beach. a magnificent private pool, a newly added private elevator for easy access between levels. This villa boasts commanding ocean views and is located in Hacienda Beach, a safe, exclusive, and quiet gated community within walking distance of Cabo’s main attractions. The villa's amenities include a five-star chef, ten hours per day of professional butler service, and one luxury round-trip from the airport and back. The villa’s master bedroom is on the first level and has a king-size bed, a luxurious bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a terrace with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. On the same level, there is a second master bedroom with a king-size bed, an ample bathroom with a walk-in closet, and its own terrace overlooking the ocean. There are two guest rooms on the residence’s first level. One of them has two individual beds, while the other includes one double bed. Both rooms have their own luxurious bathrooms. On Villa Mar Azul’s ground level, there is a spacious outdoor area featuring a magnificent infinity pool and a jacuzzi that merge with the Sea of Cortez. There are lounging areas for sunbathing and al fresco margaritas, a state-of-the-art BBQ, and a dining table for ocean breeze-suffused meals. The ground level also includes a comfortable living room adjacent to a dining area for eight and a fully-stocked kitchen. The living area is connected to the pool area by means of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, resulting in a single airy, ample space. Additionally, the dining area opens to a spacious, soothing terrace. Adjacent to the living room, the residence’s fifth bedroom has its own sun-filled terrace with ocean views, as well as an ample bathroom and a walk-in closet. Be advised that the property undergoes maintenance during the renovation season from June to October, with daily activity scheduled between 10:00am and 5:00pm.
