About the Home
Recently upgraded Venetian plastering with warm light faux finishes and artisan stenciling finishes. Very cozy, a home away from home with all the extras! If you like to cook the kitchen is well equipped with lots of gadgets for those that like to be in the kitchen a home away from home! The residence is full of luxury amenities and additions, including granite countertops, solid hardwood cabinetry, and temperature controlled wine storage in in the kitchen; flat-screen TV (with satellite), audio speakers & and natural stone counters & a jetted spa tub in the master bath. The décor is classic, with natural EGYPTIAN stone floors, exposed beams, and recessed down lighting – a perfect place to relax after a day of all that Cabo San Lucas has to offer! Please be advised that renovation work will be taking place from June through October, and some construction noise may be audible around the property during this period.

Positioned directly on Medano Beach, our property offers a seamless blend of comfort and convenience just a short walk from the Cabo Marina. Our guests enjoy access to premium facilities such as the spa, fitness center, and two on site restaurants. We are a family friendly property suitable for children and infants. Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. Please observe that smoking, hosting events, and bringing pets are not permitted. Be advised that the property undergoes maintenance during the renovation season from June to October, with daily activity scheduled between 10:00am and 5:00pm.
