About the Home
This convenient location allows guests to fully relax and recharge as they take in the mountain views & all that Queenstown has to offer. The apartment has Free ultra fast WIFI and Netflix. It is completely independent with a private entrance and full access to the garden. (All baby items i.e. portable baby cot, high chair, bath etc are available and complimentary. However, they must be requested at the time of booking, as they are not stored at the house and cannot be provided last minute) BEDROOMS: A true home-away-from-home, this apartment has rooms to accommodate up to 4 guests. Two bedrooms in the space: a master bedroom and a second cosier bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a very tranquil and warm Super King Size Bed and large windows for the open sun. This bedroom is a great space to unwind and rest after a day of hiking the mountain tracks or touring the centre of Queenstown. The second bedroom is an equally serene space with two single beds. This room also gives guests an outdoor view of the garden behind the home. The curtains in both rooms are near-blackout to aid in a restorative night’s sleep. All beds prepared with Fresh, luxury bed linens ready upon arrival. Both rooms are fully heated for extra warmth on brisk evenings. BATHROOM: The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. A heated towel rail is also available, ensuring a level of comfort that everyone should feel when travelling. Complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner will also be available. KITCHEN & LOUNGE: The sunny, spacious kitchen and lounge area is the highlight of the apartment. This area is the picture relaxation area after a day of outdoor adventures or enjoying fun indoor entertainment around Queenstown. Here guests can rest curled up on the couch with a glass of wine and a classic movie. The modern kitchen area is equipped with everything needed Including a microwave, a large fridge and freezer, a toaster, and a tea kettle. Guests will also find crockery, cutlery, and utensils, as well as complimentary tea, and coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen area, the bright and airy lounge offers a lovely view of the property’s outdoor garden area, along with a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The lounge’s Smart TV gives guests the opportunity to play videos, listen to music, or review pictures from the day. Guests may also browse Netflix or, if they carry their own media entertainment, a USB can be plugged into the hard drive that is connected to the TV. Fernhill is a residential area with amazing wide views overlooking the Remarkable mountains, Wakatipu lake, across to Kingston. Elevated from lake level, it offers incredible views and an amazing scenic experience if you walk into town. (Great photo opportunities) A local grocery/liquor store, good Italian restaurant and bar, fish & chip shop are all within 5 minutes walk. A children's outdoor playground 10 minutes walk away, offers possibly some of the best panoramic views from any playground!
