Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $500 in penalties. Minimum age: The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. Check-in / Check-out: The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability. Gatherings: Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $1000 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If the police are called to the residences, your reservation will immediately be cancelled and you will be escorted off the premises without refund.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire private apartment, including the in-unit washer and dryer and the private courtyard reserved for Unit 4 guests. Please note that the detached garage, basement, Unit 1 covered front porch, rear emergency staircase, upper-level decks serving other units, and the other three apartments are not part of this rental. Self check-in is easy and convenient, with instructions sent 3 hours before your arrival for a smooth check-in.
