This home is ideal for families, groups, or travelers with pets who are looking for a comfortable, amenity-rich base and don't mind driving to reach the city's central attractions and events. 📍 A Southside Location with Easy Highway Access: Well-Connected for Drivers: This southside home provides straightforward access to Interstate 10 and Interstate 19. This makes it a practical base for exploring a wide area: - Attractions like the Pima Air & Space Museum are relatively close. - A Quiet, Residential Setting: Enjoy a peaceful neighborhood setting away from the city bustle. 🏡 Your Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Home: This home is designed for relaxation and easy living, with great indoor-outdoor flow. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Retreat: Your furry friends are welcome to join your vacation. 🌿 Private Backyard Oasis: A peaceful, private backyard with a BBQ grill is perfect for family cookouts and enjoying the desert evenings. 🛋️ Spacious & Sun-Filled Interiors: Bright, open living spaces and cozy bedrooms with plush beds ensure everyone is comfortable. 🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen: A modern kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals. 💻 Practical Amenities: A dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi, ample parking, and in-unit laundry add to the convenience. A perfect choice for those seeking a full-size home with great amenities at a value, with the understanding that exploring Tucson requires a commute. Propane for Grill Use: We’re happy to provide a propane grill for your use! Please note that due to multiple guest turnovers, we’re not always able to check the propane tank between every stay. If you plan to use the grill during your visit, feel free to message us at least a day before check-in so we can ensure a full tank is ready for you. If you arrive and find the tank low or empty, just reach out to us via chat, we’re more than happy to assist! Pet fee and rules: 40-pound limit (2 dog limit for the home) All dog poop left in the backyard/front yard must be picked up, please! (We provide supplies for this!) $50 flat fee for stays of 5 days or less $15 per day for stays longer than 5 days. We currently cannot allow your furry cats due to housekeeping allergies. We hope you understand! Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. If you'd like to smoke, please do so outside, at least 20 feet from the house. Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use.
