Building Amenities and Facilities: - Modern Gym: Keep up with your fitness routine during your stay. Open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Advance booking is required. Simply let us know your preferred date and time, and our team will arrange your reservation. - Panoramic Rooftop Pool: Enjoy a refreshing swim while taking in the breathtaking views of Málaga. Important Pool Information: - Opening Season: May 1st to October 15th. - Closed Season: October 16th to April 30th. - Sun Loungers: Please note that there are currently no sun loungers available in the pool area.
Good to know
- No parties or events are allowed. - Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. - Pets are not allowed. - Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. - It is not permitted to accommodate more guests than the number indicated in the reservation. - Please turn off the lights and air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment. - Please take out the garbage daily, especially during the summer months. Waste containers are available on the street. - Please leave the apartment tidy before departure. - Please treat the apartment with care and respect. - Rooftop pool: The pool is seasonal and is open from May 1st through October 15th only. It is closed from October 16th through April 30th. - The apartment does not include a garage or private parking space. Parking is available on the surrounding streets or in nearby public parking areas.

The apartment is located in a privileged area, in one of the only two towers of Malaga near supermarkets and restaurants, 20 minutes walk from the historic center of the city and 6 minutes walk from the stadium La Rosaleda.
Guest Access
Your check-in will be carried out in person by a member of our team, who will personally welcome you and ensure you have everything you need to start your stay comfortably. Please note: - Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, free of charge. - For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM, a €50 late check-in fee applies, as a team member will be coming specifically to welcome you at that time. - Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate check-ins after 1:00 AM. To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to share your estimated arrival time in advance, along with your travel details if available. This allows us to coordinate properly and be there to welcome you without delays. Early check-in - Late check-out available subject to property availability.
