About the Home

Soft sage greens, vibrant teal, warm spice tones, and natural textures create a rich, inviting palette. Coordinated fabrics, statement artwork, and carefully chosen details give every room its own personality, making this a beautiful setting for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. A Warm Welcome The charm begins in the hallway, where framed botanical artwork, warm bamboo accents, a colorful parrot, and a palm-patterned door set the tone for your tropical retreat. Every space has been considered, right down to the journey from the front door to the ocean view. Gather in Style The open living area invites you to settle in with soft sage-green shiplap, woven accent chairs, a comfortable sofa, and layers of soft textiles. Bamboo-framed and woven mirrors add warmth and texture, while a statement fireplace creates a cozy gathering spot after a day on the beach. A 55-inch television paired with a soundbar delivers rich, immersive sound for movie nights and your favorite shows. Dining is a highlight, with seating for 12 across the six-seat dining table and a handmade, custom live-edge table with counter-height seating for six. Its organic contours and rich wood grain make it a distinctive centerpiece. An expansive mural of tropical foliage, flowers, and colorful birds provides a spectacular backdrop for breakfast, conversation, or evening drinks. The fully equipped kitchen keeps the cook connected to the gathering spaces. White cabinetry, a striking teal tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and warm wood accents bring the home’s tropical style into a practical space for preparing beach snacks or a family dinner. Your Front Row Seat to the Atlantic Step onto the spacious, covered oceanfront balcony and take in sweeping views of the beach and wide-open Atlantic. With access from the living area and primary bedroom, it is an easy place to linger over morning coffee, watch the sunrise, or relax in the ocean breeze. From this remarkable 16th-floor vantage point, an expansive sweep of shoreline meets the open Atlantic, creating a breathtaking backdrop from sunrise through the changing light of the day.
