This two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage in South Providenciales sleeps up to six guests and sits right on Chalk Sound, with sweeping views of the turquoise lagoon and, on clear days, West Caicos in the distance. The biggest draw? Your own private dock on Silly Creek, where you can swim, snorkel, and watch the sunset without leaving the property. Bedrooms and Bathrooms The first bedroom features a king bed with nightstands and a dresser. The second bedroom has a queen bed, also with nightstands and reading lamps. There's one full bathroom and a half bath. Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area The living area has a sofa and TV with cable—great for downtime after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender. The dining table seats four and doubles as a workspace if you need to catch up on email. Outdoor Amenities Walk down the steps to your private dock on Silly Creek, where you can swim, snorkel among the fish, or simply float with the provided gear and inflatables. The shared gazebo between the cottages is the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Beach chairs, a parasol, and snorkel equipment are all included. Good To Know The cottage has split-type AC, pocket Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer so you can pack light. Free parking is available on-site. A BBQ grill is available in the shared backyard. Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay—two of the island's best beaches—are each about five minutes away by car, and you'll want one to explore the island. Grocery shopping and mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee if you'd like extra convenience during your stay.

Good to know

WiFi, cable TV, parking spots for 2 vehicles, bed linens, bath & beach towels, and beach essentials like a beach umbrella, beach blanket & snorkel gear are provided free for guests during their stay. There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like a cleaning, one can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can set it up for you. There is a BBQ grill available in the backyard of the property and it is free to use but please note it is shared with other guest cottage in front, as is the gazebo. For sanitary reasons, there is no food stored in the kitchen or refrigerator. All food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, cooking oils, boxed food, etc. prior to check-in. If you plan to cook at home, you’ll need to buy these items at the grocery stores or we offer a grocery shopping service, where we’ll shop for you, get all the items on your list and bring them to the cottage for you for an additional fee. We supply some home/bath essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like toilet paper, soap and some shampoo during your stay. If you need something else, you’ll need to pick up what you need at the store and bring it in. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. There is a security camera monitoring the public street entrance gate which will show whenever any of the guests drive out and get back in. The owner lives next door, so this camera is actually attached to the owner's home. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed (tobacco or cannabis) allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.
