We’d be happy to welcome your furry friend! Pets are welcome upon prior approval, and an additional fee applies. Feel free to reach out with some details about your four-legged companion so we can confirm their stay. Quiet period: from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., loud music and conversations are prohibited outside. If you wish to extend the evening after 10 p.m., please do so inside the villa, with doors and windows closed, to limit noise. A virtual house guide gives you access to all the essential information about the property and the area. This property includes an optional damage waiver, which helps cover accidental damage for your peace of mind.

Just minutes from Saint-Sauveur, the area offers a perfect balance of tranquility and adventure — from hiking, biking, and skiing to relaxing at Nordic spas and exploring local cafés and boutiques. Surrounded by forests, lakes, and scenic trails, it’s an ideal destination for a peaceful getaway in nature.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive use of: The entire villa : living room with gas fireplace, kitchen with island, mezzanine, 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outdoor wellness area : hot tub, heated pool, sauna and fire pit. Private parking Electric vehicles charging station Laundry (washer‑dryer) and high‑speed Wi‑Fi. The only exceptions : the owners’ closet and the maintenance shed (both locked). For everything else, make yourself at home!

Règles de vie Respect du voisinage : Aucune nuisance sonore entre 22h et 9h. Nombre d’invités : Seul le nombre de personnes déclarées peuvent y séjourner. Non-fumeur : Interdiction de fumer (cigarette, vape, cannabis, etc.) à l’intérieur. Animaux : Acceptés dans certaines propriétés, sous conditions, avec accord préalable et frais possibles. Événements interdits : Fêtes et rassemblements non autorisés sans approbation écrite. Stationnement : Uniquement dans les zones désignées. Respect des lieux : Toute dégradation ou ménage excessif sera facturé. Use of the Hot Tub (if applicable) We do our best to ensure the hot tub is ready upon your arrival. If a water change was necessary, heating time may be required. This is not grounds for a complaint. Please shower before use and close the cover after each use. 5. Security and Surveillance Some properties are equipped with exterior cameras pointed only at the entrances only to respect your privacy. 6. House Rules Respect for Neighbors: No noise disturbances between 10 PM and 9 AM. Guest Limit: Only the number of declared guests may stay. Access & Identification: The main guest must provide an ID and the credit card used for booking upon request. No Smoking: Smoking (cigarettes, vape, cannabis, etc.) is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets: Allowed in certain properties, under conditions, with prior approval and possible fees. No Events: Parties and gatherings are not permitted without written approval. Parking: Only in designated areas. Respect for the Property: Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged. Issues During Your Stay: If you encounter any issues, you must notify us immediately and allow access to the property so we can assess and resolve the problem within a reasonable time.
