Just minutes away from hundreds of picturesque hikes, we are in the perfect location for an active vacation or for unwinding and relaxation. From St George, as a base camp, you can visit the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, Valley of Fire National Monument and so much more within as little as 40 minutes to 3 hours in any direction (perfect day trips). Want to explore more local - we have adventure to starting with Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Sand Hollow Recreation Area (Lake, Dunes) the Red Cliff Reserve with miles of hiking, old mining towns and sandstone arches, Quail Lake and so much more. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
