Golfers will want to book a tee time at Providenciales Golf Course, 2.5 miles away. Or alternatively take an afternoon or evening to stroll around Blue Haven Yacht Marina, 4 miles away. Plan on an 8-mile drive to the property from the island’s International Airport. DETAILS: The 4-bed (Main Villa) can be occupied independently from to 2-Bed (Guest Vila) or combined to create a magnificent 6-bedroom Villa. Each villa features its own private terrace and swimming pool which can be seamlessly transformed into a common outdoor space for larger parties. This protects you if there is accidental damage of up to $5,000 to the property during the stay UTILITIES The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH. Beach and Shoreline Conditions As with all Caribbean beaches, shoreline conditions may vary throughout the year.
