Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life. To ensure a serene and delightful experience for all guests, we have implemented the following policies at our property: Tranquil Environment: We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to promote a peaceful atmosphere. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly request that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum during these hours. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, including both indoor and outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment. Strict No Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted at this property, without exceptions. Unauthorized pets will result in a penalty of $1,000. Age Restriction: Bookings are restricted to guests aged 25 and above. Valid identification may be required upon check-in. Pool Usage Guidelines: The swimming pool can be heated for your comfort at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange pool heating, and refrain from attempting to heat the pool independently. To ensure everyone's safety, we kindly ask that you avoid using glass tableware or bottles near the pool. Additionally, please rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water to maintain its clarity and cleanliness. Exterior Security Cameras: For the safety and security of all guests, exterior security cameras are installed around the property. It is important to note that these cameras do not face inside the house or monitor interior spaces.
