Serene and comfortable, this one bedroom apartment of 45 m² is located on the first floor of a classic residential building, fully equipped for a comfortable stay in Paris. In our home, your health and safety comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. - a living room with comfortable sofa that is convertible into a double sofa bed and a TV. A dining table is at your disposal. - a open kitchen with all the mod-cons you need (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). - a bedroom with double bed and wardrobes to keep your belongings - a nice clean bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower Quality towels and bed linen will be provided for your comfort. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Please note that the accommodation is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The 3rd arrondissement of Paris is also known as the ""arrondissement du Temple"". The oldest buildings date from the 18th century. In this district, we also find the famous Marais area which is absolutely grandiose. The Marais is a clever mix of past and modernity... a trendy and historical district which recalls the Parisian past and whose streets are appreciated for their beauty and charm. During the night or even the day, you can find a lot of bars/terraces and tasty restaurants! There are many museums in this district such as the Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum,, Arts and Crafts Museum, Hunting and Nature Museum and the Museum of History and Art of Judaism . In the heart of the 3rd, there are also beautiful, quiet and pleasant gardens to enjoy a French pastry, the Anne Frank Garden as well as the Garden of the National Archives, but also the Square Georges Caïn, and the Square Saint-Gilles-du-Grand-Veneur.
