This newer home is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you would need to have a great stay! The great room has comfy leather sofas and a recliner with a great entertainment center and TV. The dining room table seats up to 8 with additional seating at the kitchen counter for three. The kitchen is loaded with all the items you will need for cooking up your family's favorite meals. There are stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and granite countertops which add to making this darling kitchen perfect. Just outside the sliding glass doors is a wonderful covered patio with 2 picnic tables and a grill for those yummy cookouts. There is a set of a full washer and dryer for added convenience just in case you need to do a load or two. There are four bedrooms. The queen master on the main floor is inviting and is very spacious. Upstairs you will find there is a second master bedroom with a king-size bed. The first bunk room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and the fourth bedroom has a full bed and a set of twin over twin bunks. Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!
