The bedrooms are designed for comfort, with quality beds, fresh linens, and plenty of natural light from large windows. A tidy bathroom, stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, ensures an easy and stress-free stay. From this location you’re just a short walk to Elizabeth Quay, Hay Street Mall, and countless cafes, restaurants, and bars. With free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, secure building access, and air conditioning, the apartment has everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the city. Please note: as the building management does not permit lockboxes in this CBD complex, guest keys will need to be collected from our office on James Street, just a short distance away.

CHECK-IN TIME - from 3 pm onwards. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. - Key pick up located on James Street, Northbridge. CHECK-OUT TIME - until 10 am. - Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager. - Key drop off is located on James Street, Northbridge. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed overnight. - Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am. RATE INCLUDES - Bed linen - 1 bath towel per guest - Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. - Kitchen basics including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. - High Chair and Baby Cot under request and availability. AMENITIES -A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests. PARKING - There is NO parking available at the property, only paid parking 500m away
