This level houses two bedrooms: the master suite with a King Size bed, 60” Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a Queen Size bed and 40” Smart TV. Conveniently located near the kitchen is a laundry room, and outdoor dining under the lanai is an option for those warm, balmy evenings. The garage, converted into a GameRoom featuring a Foosball Table, adds an extra layer of fun, while additional parking is readily available. The upper floor hosts the principal master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, King Size bed, and 60” Smart TV. Additional accommodations include a bedroom with Twin-over-Twin Bunkbed and another with a Twin and Full Size bed, each equipped with a 40” Smart TV. An extra space with a 60” Smart TV offers a cozy spot for movie nights. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay. ✦ Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution.
