- No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit/ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY - No Parties or Events Check-in time is 4pm - 2am (fees apply 11:30 am-4pm, and after 10pm) - Pets & Service Animals Policy - We maintain a no-pets policy in this property. However, trained service animals required due to a disability are welcome, in accordance with applicable laws. If you will be traveling with a service animal, please inform us prior to or at the time of booking so we can ensure the property is suitable. - There will be a $150 lock out fee for any missing keys or garage remotes. - No Extra/ Overnight Guests - No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) - No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) - No unplugging of the electronics like Tvs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks etc - No one under 18 years of age WITHOUT HOST PERMISSION - No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors No loud noise or music past 10pm. 11am is LATEST Check out - We provide a “starter kit” with toiletries and supplies for a short stay, but then guests are expected to purchase additional supplies for the rest of their trip”. - We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken** - - You will be asked to show a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation, otherwise we reserve the right not to check you in. -“Guests will need to sign a short term rental agreement prior to checking in.” - NO third party bookings allowed, unless agreed upon in writing at least 48 hours in advance by me as the host. - DONT USE TOWELS TO CLEAN MAKE UP OR SPILLS!!
