No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns. ⚠ Damage Waiver Every stay includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (linens, towels, glassware, etc.). This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance. ✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
