No loud noise after 20:00 and complete quiet after 23:00. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and the building. Smoking violations may result in fines of up to R1000, and guests may be asked to vacate the property. We may request a copy of all guests' ID/Passport documents via AirBnB for registration purposes. No visitors are allowed at any time, and no overnight stays are permitted for individuals not included in the original booking. Guests are required to sign a document at check-in acknowledging and agreeing to abide by the house rules. Maximum 2 guests allowed including infants and children.
