Other things to note • Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in (and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay. We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking. Interaction with guests Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival. Check in stops after 11pm.

Sound Wave is located in Calgary’s Beltline, one of the city’s most vibrant inner-city neighbourhoods, just south of the downtown core. You’ll be close to 17th Avenue SW, known for its fantastic restaurants, cafés, bars, and boutique shops, while still being within easy reach of Calgary’s downtown attractions. Nearby highlights include Central Memorial Park, Lougheed House, Calgary Tower, Stephen Avenue, the Calgary Stampede grounds and Saddledome, with the Bow River pathways and other downtown attractions just a short trip away. It’s an ideal location for experiencing Calgary’s dining, entertainment, nightlife, and city centre without being right in the middle of the downtown business district.

House Rules and Terms

Nomadics House Rules 1. Shoes off, please. Let’s keep the space clean and comfy for everyone. 2, Registered guests only. Only the people included in the booking can stay overnight. 3. Help keep the home tidy. Please clean your dishes or start the dishwasher. Excessive mess will result in a $50-per-hour extra cleaning fee. 4. Checkout on time. Non-approved late checkouts delay our cleaning team, so they come with a $50-per-hour charge. 5. Keep things tidy. Since we don’t provide daily cleaning services, we’ve stocked the home with the essentials you’re able to tidy up during your stay. 6. Pets welcome with approval. Pet fee is $150 per pet. 7. Fresh air only indoors. Smoking is strictly outside. Indoor smoking leads to a $1000 fee. 8. Be a good neighbour. No parties or excessive noise. Violations result in a $1000 fee. 9. Stay safe. By booking, you accept responsibility for any accidents during your stay. Please report anything unsafe right away. 10. Need more time? Extensions, early check-ins, or late checkouts may be available with pre approval and availability, check your online boarding pass for more info. 11. Corporate or employer bookings. The main guest/employee must stay on-site. Sub-renting without permission may result in eviction without refund. 12. No glitter or confetti, please. It may look magical, but it sticks around forever and counts as excessive mess, which will result in additional cleaning fees. 13. Agreement to rules. Your booking confirms your acceptance of these house rules. All guests must be verified before arrival. 14. Fob return. Please place the fob back on the key rack at checkout. Lost fobs will result in charges (up to $500). 15. No mail or parcel deliveries. Please use a nearby UPS pickup location instead. 16. Left something behind? We can mail items back for a $50 handling fee plus shipping. 17. Extra garbage. Excessive waste disposal comes with a $100 fee. 18. Guest verification. You will be asked for a government-issued photo ID and basic contact confirmation through our portal. This is for screening only and not stored.
