The apartment features a separate bedroom, a spacious dining area, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed for additional guests. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and all essential cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen for added convenience. The tiled bathroom includes a shower, and WC. Combining classic architecture with modern amenities, the apartment offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for a comfortable stay in one of Stockholm’s most historic settings. The apartment is ideally situated on the peaceful Svartmangatan street (just across from the German Church), only a few meters from the vibrant shopping street Stora Nygatan and Stortorget, home to the Nobel Museum. In the Old Town, you’ll find many beautiful, narrow streets filled with charming shops and restaurants to explore. The apartment is also close to the waterfront, so a short walk will bring you to boats that offer a scenic way to explore the city by water. The Old Town is truly the heart of Stockholm, and from here, you can easily reach every part of the city—whether it’s the upscale Östermalm or the trendy Södermalm. Terms and Conditions Accommodations 1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies. 2. Rental Policy: The unit may only be rented and used for leisure purposes and is not intended for permanent residence. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. Additionally, filming and recording are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. 3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions. 4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage. 5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction. 6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund. 7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. 8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund. 9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties. 10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. 11. Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Guests are asked to communicate with the host if an early check-in or late check-out is possible. If there is no confirmation of either an early check-in or a late check-out, an additional fee of 400 SEK per hour will be charged. 12. Key Return for Cleaning and Maintenance: Guests are required to leave the apartment key in the designated key lockbox to allow access for cleaning and maintenance. If the key is not returned to the lockbox as instructed, an additional fee of 400 SEK will be charged.
